Privacy policy

When you enquire. Your name, email address, phone number, wedding date, venue and anything else you choose to tell us in the enquiry form or by email. This comes to us through our booking system, Studio Ninja.

When you book. Contract details, run sheets, supplier contacts, guest logistics and payment records. Payments are processed by our payment provider — C2 Films does not store your card details.

When you visit this website. Standard analytics: pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser, and how you arrived. This is aggregated and not used to identify you personally.

To answer your enquiry, quote accurately, plan and deliver your wedding coverage, invoice you, and stay in touch about your booking. We also use aggregate website data to understand which pages are useful and improve them.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

We share information only where it is necessary to do the work: with the members of our team assigned to your wedding, with your other suppliers where you have asked us to coordinate, and with the software we run the studio on — our booking system, gallery host, cloud backup and accounting platform.

Your finished gallery is hosted privately and stays available to you indefinitely, at no cost. Raw files are archived for six months after delivery and then cleared.

Using your images publicly. Your booking agreement sets out whether we may show your wedding on this website, on social media, in awards submissions or to prospective couples. If you would prefer we didn't — or you change your mind later — tell us and we will remove your wedding from public view. You do not need to give a reason.

We back up every wedding to multiple drives and to separate physical locations. Access is limited to the team working on your files.

This site uses cookies for basic analytics and, where you have arrived from an ad, to measure whether that ad worked. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.

We may use Meta and Google advertising tools to show our work to people planning a wedding. These platforms operate under their own privacy policies.

Under the Australian Privacy Principles you can ask us to show you what personal information we hold about you, correct anything that is wrong, delete information we no longer need, or stop sending you marketing.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can raise it with us first, and then with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
