Frequently Asked Questions

What makes C2 different from any other videographers out there?

Most videographers that you may engage with are not companies, they are in fact sole traders that work for themselves. The assurance you get, when you engage C2, is that someone will always be there to answer your calls and queries. When it comes to capturing one of the most important days in your life, you don’t want to leave it to any one individual, you need a team of creatives.

What are the C2 Films, styles?

C2 doesn’t have a particular style, as you may have seen from our website wedding films vary from one couple to the next. That’s because each couple expresses themselves differently on the day. We have devised a series of questions that you and your partner will need to answer separately in the lead up to the wedding day, this really gives us an insight into your personalities and what you hold important. We encourage all our couples to be involved in the creative process of building the wedding film, as we want to ensure you absolutely love what we create for you.

Can we choose a song for the wedding film?

Yes, you certainly can, however, we need to ensure it works with your film. Also if the song is commercial, we can still use it however we will need to keep the film private and you will need to share it with a password.

What happens if our wedding videographer/photographer is sick on the day?

We always ensure we have a videographer of the same calibre on standby ready to capture your day.

Will one wedding videographer be able to capture everything?

We all wedding videographers if we are shooting a wedding. Cinematographer just sounds fancy and they may have some identity issues.

Will I be meeting with my videographer for the initial consultation?

Our videographers are incredibly talented at what they do, however, when it comes to creating a cost proposal for your day, we have a specialist team member to walk you through that aspect of the planning.

Is there a difference between videographers and cinematographers for a wedding?

We all wedding videographers if we are shooting a wedding. Cinematographer just sounds fancy and they may have some identity issues.

We want natural not directed. Do you direct?

Everyone directs, despite what you hear or read, but it is how you direct which is key. It must feel natural and not awkward, free-flowing and unobtrusive.

Can I make changes to my wedding film?

It will depend on what Collection you choose to go with, however, generally, there is at least one round of revisions with our highlight film and can be up to three for the longer edits.
